Hoy en día there’s an app para todo, whether you are looking for a calorie counter or a playlist to keep you energized during your workouts. El problema es el siguiente…. How do you determine which app is good? or, which is totally worth your money and space on your phone?
I absolutely love fitness apps and I have downloaded many of them to my smartphone, so I want to share with you 4 that I have really enjoyed (in no particular order).
Esta es la manera más fácil de sentirte en control de tu destino fitness. This cool app offers more than 100 workouts created by Nike trainers for people of all fitness levels. Select your specific fitness goal (get lean, get toned, get strong, etc) and find easy-to-follow workout plans.
Fitstar Personal Trainer
Si no quieres gastar dinero pagando por un entrenador personal, this app is for you!
FitStar personal trainer determines your needs and fitness level by asking you a set of questions after every workout. That way every workout is challenging but doesn’t leave you exhausted. The program’s offerings are a good fit for beginner to fitness fanatics and it was created by former NFL star Tony Gonzalez. (Free; iOS)
Runtastic Six Pack App
Getting six pack abs isn’t easy (trust me, I have tried to get one for years!). But strengthening your core has become easier, thanks to Runtastic Six Pack. This app allows you to pick a personal trainer and shows you Slo-mo videos that will help you learn each exercise right the first time around so you avoid getting injured. Oh! and it comes in English and Español 😉 (Free; iOS and Android)
Si eres una #LatinaGeek ocupada, and you have no time to go to the gym.. you are going to love this app.
Sworkit is designed with busy people in mind with high intensity workouts that you can make as short as 5 minutes and as long as an hour. Choose the style of exercise you’re looking for (strength, cardio, yoga, or stretching) and discover dozens of different workouts (Free; iOS and Android)
